The Pharmaceutical Services Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH) has stepped forward with the introduction of Your Medicaid Recognition Program which is one of the community empowerment programs. Your Drug Ambassador Program was launched on May 11, 2012, in Kota Bharu Kelantan. Your Drug Ambassador Program is intended to encourage influential members of the community to actively participate in providing basic information on medicines. The program utilizes peer education in delivering information more effectively to the local community. This approach is seen as very effective and effective in delivering information to targeted individuals within a community.
