The programme started early in the morning with an aerobic exercise demonstration conducted by DKUA Pn. Latifah and her team. A talk entitled "The Right Way to take Medicines " was delivered by the pharmacist Pn. Zalikha continued after which then followed by an interactive "Poison Ball" game to test the students' understanding of topics covered in the talk. DKUA Pn. Rosnah also shared some tips on how to correctly store medicines at home. Apart from, the students had also enjoyed playing a Giant Cross Word Puzzle game towards the end of the one-day session.
